(“Breaking of Bread” or “Memorial Service”)
11:00 AM every Sunday, September – June
10:30 AM every Sunday, July – August
Our Sunday Morning Service is where we remember the life, death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Service lasts about 90 minutes and includes prayer, communal worship through singing praise, scripture reading, a sermon (“exhortation”) and communion (“breaking of bread”) where bread and wine are shared by baptised members of the community.
A more detailed outline of our service can be found below. We can give you a copy of this outline when you visit so that you know what to expect through the service.
(All are welcome to stand and join in singing praise – hymn books provided)
(Remain standing and a prayer will be offered for God’s blessing on our meeting)
(Usually two portions of scripture are read)
(Upcoming events and other items of interest for our community)
(A presentation prepared by one of the members of our community intended to encourage one another)
Sharing of Bread and Wine
(Members who have been baptised as Christadelphians are welcome to share the emblems of bread and wine, representing the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ, after prayer has been offered for each)
